Patrick Anderson has nearly two decades of civil litigation experience, including more than 35 jury trials and over $100 million in verdicts.
His writing has pushed many cases to resolution, helping to achieve over $60 million in settlements. Since he drafted his first appellate court brief as a law clerk, which achieved reversal of a not-guilty jury verdict and turned a $0 recovery into a nearly half-million dollar settlement, Patrick has proven time and again that effective writing can change the fate of a case.
Over almost two decades as an attorney and in supporting roles, Patrick has written hundreds of briefs and ghostwritten hundreds more at all stages of litigation. Patrick now operates Juris Writer as his solo practice.
Patrick is a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he graduated first in his class, and is licensed to practice law in Illinois (2011). He is also admitted to practice in:
